Northeastern Law Professor Peter Enrich Says Film Incentives “Completlely Out of Control”
The Legal Broadcasting Network posted a very good interview with Northeastern University Law Professor Peter Enrich about the state film incentives in late July. Enrich’s assessment, it seems to me, is right on the money. Enrich says the incentives are “out of control”, which they are. The interview also discusses the Constitutionality of the incentives, which is dubious at best.
