Excellent Commercial for “Shoot Movies in California” About Runaway Production
Below is an excellent commercial produced by Brian Bedell for the Shoot Movies in California organization. In addition to being very funny (especially the last sip of coffee), I think this commercial is brilliant for recognizing the ignorance or apathy of many Americans not working in the entertainment industry. It’s not that these people don’t care about the issue, it’s that they often do not know anything about it. Hence, the couple in the commercial likely resembles (sans Joker makeup) millions of other unaware Americans who busy about their day. I hope to see more of these and hope they are able to get them on the air.
